Can you convert my Honda import stereo to English?

Should I convert or replace the unit in my Honda?
If you want current maps, a touchscreen and phone integration, replacing the Japanese unit with a CarPlay and Android Auto head unit is usually the better value. If you want to keep the factory look, a language conversion may be the answer where it is supported.
Will my reverse camera and radio still work?
